Raffaella Piccarreta is an Associate Professor in the department of Decision Science.

Before joining Bocconi I got a Ph.D. in economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2009 and I worked at the research department of the Bank of Italy from 2007 to 2011.

Oreste Pollicino is full professor of constitutional law at Bocconi University and Director of the Bocconi LL.M. program in Law of Internet Technologies. His research fields include balancing between public health and privacy in the emergency season and protection of fundamental rights in digital context. Coordinator of two Research Groups in the field of Algorithmic Law within the International Association of Constitutional Law and co-coordinator of a Research Group related the procedural responses to Covid-19, with a network of 120 Rapporteurs from more than 60 Countries.

Paola Profeta is Associate Professor of Public Economics at Bocconi University, coordinator of the Dondena Gender Initiative at the Dondena Research Center for Social Dynamics and Public Policy, research affiliate of CESifo and CHILD and scientific advisor of Unicredit and Universities Foundation. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is associate editor of European Journal of Political Economy and CESifo Economic Studies. Her research focuses on public economics, political economics and gender economics. She has published in leading academic journals, among which Journal of the European Economic Association, Journal of Public Economics, Economic Journal and she has written several international books. She writes editorials in Il Sole 24 Ore and collaborates with Corriere della Sera and blog La 27esima Ora.

Soheil Shayegh is a Scientist at RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economy and the Environment in Milan and the co-founder of Climate and Health Initiative Alliance (CHIA). He is currently co-directing an international effort to develop a unified decision support framework for COVID-19 vaccination rollout programs in Sub Saharan Africa. He is a former Marie-Curie fellow at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) in Milan and has worked as postdoctoral research scientist at the Global Ecology Department of Carnegie Institution for Science at Stanford University, USA. His research is focused on the interaction of natural and human systems and developing tools for decision making under uncertainty with applications to climate change and global health.
