Associate Professor at the Department of Social and Political Sciences and the Director of Centre for Research for Health and Social Care Management at Bocconi University. She holds the MSc degree in Health Economics, Management and Policy from Bocconi University and PhD in Economics and Management of Public Organisations from University of Parma. Her research interests revolve around the use and impact of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) on decision making in healthcare and methodological issues in estimating outcomes and costs of healthcare technologies/programmes/services; governance of healthcare systems and evaluation of public policy and programs. She is an active member of International Association of Health Economics (IHEA), European Health Economics Association (EuHEA), the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcome Research (ISPOR) and the member of Executive Committee of Italian Health Economics Association. Since 2017, she is the Co-Editor of Value in Health, one of the leading international journals in the field of health economics and health policy.

Filippo Trentini is a researcher at Dondena Centre on Social Dynamics and Public Policy and an affiliate of the Center for Health Emergencies at Fondazione Bruno Kessler. He holds a PhD in Statistics.

His work focuses on developing transmission models for infectious diseases like measles, influenza and Covid-19 to investigate their long-term dynamics in different socio-economic contexts. This allows both to characterize different types of infections and their interplay with behaviour, social contact patterns and demographic components, and to evaluate the effectiveness of a wide range of possible interventions in terms of averted costs and burden.

Alex Turrini is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Università Bocconi. His research activities focus on two main areas. The first is public policies and management in the arts and cultural sector; the second is public network leadership and change in governmental and nonprofit organizations.

Arianna Vedaschi is Full Professor of Comparative Public Law at Bocconi University. Her fields of research include state of emergency, human rights and counter-terrorism. She is a member of the Scientific Board of “Comparative Covid Law”. She is the coordinator of the research group on Constitutional Responses to Terrorism within the International Association of Constitutional Law, the Secretary-General of Associazione di Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo (Italian Association of Comparative and European Public Law) and vice-Director of the law review Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo.

Currently Full Professor at Bocconi University and holder of the Vodafone Chair in Machine Learning and Data Science. His research interests lie at the interface between statistical physics, computer science, machine learning and information theory. I’m interested in fundamental aspects as well as in the development of statistical physics algorithms for optimization and learning problems.
