Nicoletta Balbo is an Assistant Professor in the department of Social and Political Sciences.

Antoine Sienczewski is a third year BIEF-Econ student with a strong passion for mathematics, programming and data analysis. He has worked for the MixMi research project, aimed at estimating epidemiological patterns in the city of Milan, under the supervision of Prof. Alessia Melegaro.

Francesco Billari is Professor of Demography and Dean of the Faculty at Bocconi University, Milan, he worked at the University of Oxford (Department of Sociology, where he also served as Head of Department) and Nuffield College (where he was a Professorial Fellow), and at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (Head of the Independent Research Group on the Demography of Early Adulthood).

Tito Boeri is full professor of economics at Bocconi University, Milan (where he had been also Dean for Research until fall 2014). He was Centennial Professor at the London School of Economics, where he is currently Senior Visiting Professor. From March 2015 to February 2019, he was President of the Italian Social Security administration (Inps). His field of research is labour economics, redistributive policies and political economics. He is Scientific Advisor of the Fondazione RODOLFO DEBENEDETTI, where he acted as Scientific Director since its inception in 1998 to 2015.

Yuxi Wang is a PhD Candidate and a Post-Doctoral researcher in the field of Health Economics and Social Dynamics. She is experienced in using administrative and digital data to understand health and social disparities from various angles.

Marco Bonetti has a MSc and PhD degrees in Statistics at the University of Connecticut following his undergraduate studies in Statistics and Economics (University of Rome). He spent 8 years as postdoctoral fellow and assistant professor of Biostatistics at Harvard, with joint position at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Professor of Statistics since 2012. Research interests: statistical methods and applications in medicine, problems in survival analysis, clinical trials, screening, and more. Currently Director at the Dondena Research Center (Bocconi).

Emanuele Borgonovo is Full Professor at the Department of Decision Sciences of Bocconi University, and director of the new Bachelor in Economics, Management and Computer Science of Bocconi University. He is the current President Elect of the Decision Analysis Society of INFORMS, co-editor-in-chief of the European Journal of Operational Research. He is the recipient of several national and international awards and has participated in research programs with US NRC, DOE, DARPA, INL, the European JRC and numerous international corporations. In his works, he has introduced several new methods for sensitivity analysis and uncertainty quantification. Leonardo S. Borlini is Associate Professor of International Law in the Department of Legal Studies at Bocconi University. He received his Ph.D in International Law and Economics from Bocconi University in 2009 and his LL.M from the University of Cambridge in 2007. He served the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund as technical assistance expert between 2011 and 2012 and he is currently member of the United Nations Academic Initiative Against Corruption and Guest Researcher for the G20 Research Centre on International Cooperation Regarding Persons Sought for Corruption and Asset Recovery established by the G20 at the Beijing Normal University. He consulted the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the European Commission, the Council of Europe. He is mainly interested in public international law, international economic law, EU law and international legal co-operation against transnational crimes (focus: corruption, money laundering and terrorism financing, organized crime).

Valentina Bosetti is a Full Professor at Bocconi University, teaching environmental and climate change economics. She is a senior scientist at the RFF- CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE). Valentina also collaborated for Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) from 2003 to 2018. She was a visiting fellow at the Princeton Environmental Institute in 2009-2010 and she was a Fellow at CASBS at Stanford in 2014-2015. Valentina was one of the lead authors of the 5th AR IPCC (2014) and she will serve again for the 6th AR. Valentina was president of the Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economics (IAERE) and council member of the European one (EAERE). She was the PI of an ERC Starting Grant on Innovation and clean technologies (ICARUS) and she currently is PI ERC Starting Grant on Uncertainty and Climate Change (RISICO).
