With the Twitter Health Metrics Grant Project, a collaboration between various Universities and Twitter, Dirk Hovy analyzes the degree of civility and tolerance on issues that divide opinions. In Italy, it began with collecting data on vaccinations in Italy. In the wake of the Covid-19 crisis, this has resulted in an increasing number of tweets about the virus. This project will help us understand public discourse on social media.
